An attempted robbery in Nashville at gunpoint took the life of a of a great man, and father Monday night. Now, a local Nashville nonprofit is remembering the man lost by giving away bikes in his honor.
According to NSMV Nashville, “Johnson and his brother were sitting outside Little Barn Market on Clarksville Highway Monday night when Robert Estleman demanded money at gunpoint. Police said Estleman fired shots as the brothers tried to speed away. Johnson passed away from his injuries.”
Ricardo volunteered his time with The Edgehill Bike Club for all the kids in the neighborhood. The Edgehill Bike Club is now giving away 25 bikes to children there in memory of a its good friend, Ricardo Johnson.
