Description
Office Administrator
Provide technical administrative support for the non-profit board and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the club.
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and self-learner
- Experience with: MS Office 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace Admin, Canva, WordPress, social media platforms, and Digital TV Signage apps
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical administrative support for the board
- Update the website calendar
- Perform minor updates to the website
- Monitor and respond to incoming mail, email and phone calls
- Maintain donation records from meetings
- Be the club’s liaison by welcoming newcomers, answering questions, supporting club functions and encouraging volunteer participation
Compensation $30/hour, 16 hours a week. Please note that this is an on-site position.
Established in 2018, the Boulder Alano Club 501(c)(3) is a space for recovery that feels like home. A facility that serves the Boulder recovery community through support, outreach, social interaction, and an accepting alcohol & drug free gathering place for all seeking renewal through recovery. BAC provides a clean, safe environment for meetings; as well as social and recreational activities for recovering individuals and their families.
