Help Shape the Future of Early Intervention in the Northwest

Kindering, the largest and most comprehensive neurodevelopment center in the Northwest, is seeking a visionary leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer. With a $28M budget, 300 dedicated staff members across four campuses, and a profound impact on over 3,000 children annually, Kindering is at a critical juncture in its organizational evolution. We're looking for a compassionate, strategic executive to guide us into our next chapter of growth and innovation.

Our ideal candidate has experience leading large, complex organizations and brings a genuine commitment to our mission to embrace children of diverse abilities and their families. Your entrepreneurial mindset and proven leadership will help us implement innovative growth strategies while maintaining our dedication to excellence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional staff management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire others through vision and purpose. You'll serve as the face of Kindering to our community, partners, donors, and stakeholders, advocating for the children and families we serve. Your interpersonal savvy, empathy, and excellent communication skills will enable you to lead through change with sensitivity and focus.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $250,000-$300,000, depending on qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits including generous paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement plan with employer match, and professional development opportunities. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations in our hiring process and work environment for individuals with disabilities.

If you're committed to making a difference in the lives of children with diverse abilities and their families, we invite you to join our team and help us continue our legacy of excellence, innovation, and compassion. Kindering values diverse perspectives and is committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of our organization.
