Description

The Global Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with implementing human resources policies and procedures for in-country consultants (ICCs) across multiple countries, programs, and cultures. This role requires attention to detail, cultural awareness, and adaptability to diverse regulatory environments.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • In collaboration with the Chief Administrative Officer, develop processes to assist in the full life cycle of our contracts with ICCS, including support for recruitment, orientation plans, and onboarding and off-boarding of global consultants.
  • Conduct regular orientation meetings for ICC to review organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain emergency contacts and other relevant information for ICCs.
  • In collaboration with the International Contracts team, develop templates for ICC reports and maintain an active list of , their country of work, supervisor, and contract length.
  • Develop a set of regular reports to provide to the Chief Administrative Officer on the ICC program.
  • Conduct regular meetings with ICC supervisors to ensure up to date ICC information.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance for global HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Skills You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience. Experience with international contracts a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 20%)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

This position is based in Washington, DC, and is open to U.S. citizens and other applicants who already possess U.S. work authorization.
