- Partner with the Executive Director to ensure regular communication with donors, including updates on the organization’s work, impact reports, and donor acknowledgment.
- Play a key role in planning and executing Brandworkers’ annual fundraising events, such as the May Day campaign, annual awards dinner, and end-of-year giving.
Identify and Build New Funding Opportunities
- Research and identify new individual, foundation, and organizational funding prospects that align with Brandworkers’ mission.
- Strategize with the Executive Director to secure meetings and build relationships with potential funders.
- Create and implement outreach plans to engage new donors and expand Brandworkers’ financial support beyond the current donor base.
Strengthen Fundraising Systems
- Take the lead in organizing and optimizing Brandworkers’ Salesforce database to improve donor tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a system for monitoring fundraising progress, including setting and tracking goals for individual and institutional fundraising campaigns.
- Provide logistical support for quarterly community-building dinners and other initiatives aimed at engaging supporters.
About You
