Description
THE ROLE
The Fund Development Manager is a key
member of the NOAAM leadership team
responsible for co-building an annual fund
plan and executing all activities tied to that
annual fund. This includes managing the
grants calendar and writing all grants,
developing a process for donor cultivation,
managing sponsorships, overseeing the
planning of all fundraising events, and
developing systems to maximize
fundraising capacity. NOAAM is actively
building and implementing a “decolonize
the museum” model. The new Fund
Development Manager will be a thought
partner on shifting how museums can be
funded, with a focus on applying
community-centric fundraising principles
to the resource development department
