Lead the Association for Partners in Christian Education into the future as Executive Director!

The Association of Partners in Christian Education (APCE), a non-profit supporting faith formation leaders in the Reformed tradition, seeks a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to drive its mission and programs. This role oversees operations, fundraising, public relations, and partnerships across six denominations in the U.S. and Canada. Key priorities include strengthening relationships with partners, fund development, and supporting the Annual Event.

APCE is a non-profit, religious organization connecting and supporting faith formation leaders in educational ministry in the Reformed tradition. APCE is comprised of six denominational partners across the U.S. and Canada. It was organized in 1971 and has 560 members, 52 leaders.

The Executive Director will bring a passion for nonprofit leadership and strategic management to advance APCE’s mission and programs. This role oversees daily operations, fundraising, public relations, and ensures financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Mission Teams, setting priorities with the Executive Team and Advisory Councils, and serving as APCE’s chief spokesperson. Initial priorities include strengthening relationships with denominational partners, maintaining the membership database, and supporting the Annual Event. The position requires travel as necessary to fulfill its duties.

The Executive Director is a full-time, salaried, exempt position reporting to the Board of Directors (the Executive Team) and will work remotely from a virtual office.
