The Director of Donor Services is responsible for deepening donor relationships and building and implementing donor engagement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor services, donor relationship assignments and customer service standards to maximize the donor experience
• Develop benchmarks and processes to measure success in delivering donor services and use the knowledge gathered to continually enhance the Foundation’s donor relations program
• Lead the Annual Philanthropic Review Process including developing annual messaging
• Provide supervision to Donor Service staff

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in not-for-profit or related field
• Experience with donor cultivation and development
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Benefits

• Excellent salary commensurate with your experience
