Capital Campaign Director

James D. Klote & Associates, Inc. specializes in full-time, resident-directed fundraising consulting for local churches and other non-profit organizations. We are seeking full-time fundraising consultants to direct capital campaigns. The successful candidate will be:

This person must be:

• willing to travel
• detail oriented
• able to juggle multiple tasks at one time
• have demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, motivating and retaining volunteers.
• proficient in Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher

Seeking experienced full-time fundraising consultants to direct capital campaign fund drives for local churches and other non-profit organizations. Due to the full-time nature of this position, Directors are on-site at a client site for the length of the contract, which can be anywhere from 4-6 months depending on the size of the project, therefore extensive travel is required. A Director can reside anywhere in the country but must work in the community of the assigned project for the length of the contract. Extensive on-site training is mandatory prior to directing campaigns. James D. Klote & Associates, Inc. is headquartered in Great Falls, VA and has regional offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

Start Date – January 2025 (flexible on start)

Salary : Competitive and commensurate to experience. $85,000 - $125,000
