Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the President & CEO, Board of Trustees, Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of experience in an executive office.
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Nonprofit board experience is highly-preferred.
  • Effective and relatable communication with clients and staff of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and adapt quickly to agency software and databases.
  • Valid Driver's License, transportation and driver abstract clearance
  • Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
  • Eligible for FT paid time off, paid holidays and fringe benefits; health, life, dental, vision and 403b plan.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time position with paid time off and paid holidays.

  • Participation in a 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions after a year of service
  • Starting base salary for this role is DOE between $50,000 to $60,000
